Our Sunday Programs
Our schedule is designed in a special way for you to be able to drop off your children in one location and they can engage in all the extracurricular activities without the extra traveling for you.
Our fitness activities are designed to improve children’s emotional regulation, boosts children’s self-esteem as well as increase children’s body awareness and mindfulness. Any of the following fitness activities that our little ones will engage in will enhance their concentration and memory. During the fitness movements children develop strength and flexibility. During these activities children will be taught discipline, structure and techniques on how to reduce impulsivity
